In order to better understand the latest progress of budget review and supervision work of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress and to combine theory with practice, the faculties of the Public Finance Department and some doctoral students investigated the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress budget network review and supervision platform system on the morning of September 26.
Mr. Wang Haifeng, Director of the Budget Review and Supervision Department, Budget Working Committee of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee expressed warm welcome to the arrival of faculties and students.Mr. Zhou Zhen, vice director, introduced the composition and functions of the budget network review and supervision platform system, and demonstrated the usage of this platform system in budget review and supervision.The budget network review and supervision platform system is mainly composed of four parts, including intelligent review and analysis system, representatives’ mobile review system, budget network monitoring system and budget review supervision knowledge base.
Later, the faculties and students also operated the basic methods of the network review and supervision platform system.
